Hudson is one of Ohio\'s most beautiful communities - and its homes reflect that. This project was a full interior repaint on a historic colonial near Hudson\'s town center. Older homes like this require more prep work and more skill, but the results are stunning. Here\'s what we did and what it cost.
This 2,600 sq ft colonial was built in the 1970s and had never had a professional repaint. The walls had decades of touch-ups, the trim had yellowed, and the foyer - a dramatic two-story space with original millwork - needed careful attention to bring out its architectural character.
The stairwell - original millwork painted with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane for maximum durability
Painting a home that has never had a professional repaint takes more time than a typical project. Here\'s what we encountered on this Hudson home:
The bathroom - Alabaster (SW 7008) brought the space back to life
